It Is The Way

Good Morning!
I Have Been Thinking

Do you really believe all that hogwash about love and giving is more important than getting? Well let me tell you somthing. I do!

What happens to people that are only in it for the money? They will do one of two things. 1. They weill step over, around or through anyone to get what they want. It might seem that they are winning at least for a while. or 2. They fight constantly with their own conscience and eventually destroy their self from the inside out.

Intention is more than everything. What is the intention behind what you are doing? Will your product truly help the person you are encouraging to buy it? Will your service truly solve the problems at hand or are you “trying” to push one over on them? It might work once, it might even work several times, but it won’t last I promise you.

There are very few things that honestly make the difference in your life and the lives of all you touch. Make your life count by examining your own heart. If you believe, then you will be able to help others to believe in you.

In The News

Brookpark Ohio: Burglars broke in to an unoccupied house that was being renovated for sale recently. Among the items they stole were Roofing shingles, A lawn Mower, weed whackers and lumber.

They broke into a storage area under the deck and also a shed in the back. Before leaving though they mowed the lawn of the residence.

Neighbors report seeing strange men walking around the home, but never calling the police because they figured they were hired to do the lawn.

The owners are quoted as saying they will leave a pressure washer and painting equipment for the thieves next week as they did a better job than the lawn care company they had hired, and cheaper also.

Thought for Today:

Tips and Techniques

Examine your motives and intentions. Are you in it ti win it? Are you expecting over night success without having to work for it?
Your motives will drive you. You intentions will be perceived by others. Succeeding is 90% perceptions.

Good Morning!
I Have Been Thinking

Oh boy oh boy now on top of everything else there is to do I went and bought a new computer, yeah me! Now I have my regular work to do but have to move stuff from the old computer to the new one. If you have ever done this before you know what a headache it can be.

There are some things that help to make this job easier. First of all, I didn’t wait until the old computer wasn’t working anymore. Computers have a life expectancy of about 3 years. My computer has been my lifeline for better than eight years now and has been upgraded as much as it possibly could over the years. It is still in good working order so can still hold data for a very long time.

Second, it is so much easier to move files with the right software. There is a link connection called Laplink that will put a direct connection from one computer to the next. I have used it to sync between my desktop and laptop easy enough, but can now make the job of migrating the old computer to the new computer. It is a super great time saver.

One monitor, one keyboard and one mouse – two computers. Belkin makes a data switch that handles that too. Just be sure the keyboard and mouse work well on both computers then hook it up the the switch.

Then the final piece of the puzzle is in the network connection. Network Magic makes that job easy as pie. So there you have a nightmare of a job cut down to size and if I could figure out how to do that, I am sure you can too.

Bill

An expectant mother was being rushed to the hospital, but didn’t quite make it. She gave birth to her baby on the hospital lawn.

Later, the father received a bill, listing “Delivery Room Fee: $500.”

He wrote the hospital and reminded them the baby was born on the front lawn.

A week passed, and a corrected bill arrived:

“Greens Fee: $200.”

Good Morning!
I Have Been Thinking

There is just so much going on I don’t know where to begin these days. It is just a very good thing that I have a normal schedule that helps to keep my focused and on track. It is no small wonder why new people on the web tend to get confused and overwhelmed in a quick hurry.

One of the major projects I am working on with my partners in 20 days in June. This is a niche marketing basics fast and furious. A new topic every week day for the 20 days in June. Member’s will have access to the videos, the pdf tutorials and the step by step strategies that are being developed as fast as they possibly can be.

As each class is delivered live, we will be recording the audio and the video. The lessons will be posted at the end of each week. Once they are posted, our students will be able to review them as often as needed until they know the actions and strategies COLD!

I am very excited about this project and am even more excited about taking the mystery out of Niche Marketing for all of my friends.

Airplane Passenger’s Nightmare

It’s every airplane passenger’s nightmare — getting stuck near a crying baby.

I was manning the ticket counter at a busy airport when the sound of a sobbing infant filled the air.

As the next passenger stepped up to the desk, he glanced at the tot and rolled his eyes.

“Don’t worry,” I said to him cheerily. “Chances are that baby won’t be on your flight.”

Head shaking, he grimly replied, “Oh, I bet he ! will. That’s my son.”

Good Morning!
I Have Been Thinking

I hope that you had a wonderful holiday weekend. I know that I did. We got a great deal of work done but also took some time to think about those who have shaped our lives.

We all have our heroes! Mine was my grandmother. She was a mere 4’9” tall but she could hold her own. When grandma said something you know she meant it. She was certainly of the old school and took offense if someone, anyone came over and wouldn’t sit down to a meal. Grandma tought me to appreciate the little things in life.

Most of the men in the conference agreed that it was family member’s that made the difference to them.

Who is your hero? Take a few minutes and think about it, then if you like log into the blog and tell me your story I know that I would enjoy very much reading it.

Feeding Time

There was once a man from the city who was visiting a small farm, and during this visit he saw a farmer feeding pigs in a most extraordinary manner. The farmer would lift a pig up to a nearby apple tree, and the pig would eat the apples off the tree directly.

The farmer would move the pig from one apple to another until the pig was satisfied, then he would start again with another pig. The city man watched this activity for some time with great astonishment.

Finally, he could not resist saying to the farmer, “This is the most inefficient method of feeding pigs that I can imagine. Just think of the time that would be saved if you simply shook the apples off the tree and let the pigs eat them from the ground!”

The farmer looked puzzled and replied, “What’s time to a pig?”

Thought for Today:

Tips and Techniques

Take stock! Every decision, every action has brought you right here and right now. What are your special talents? What makes you different? What do you know that others would pay to know?
But the most important question of all, who is watching you?

After You

I was at my local cell phone company to pay my bill and upgrade my service. The line wasn’t clearly formed, and there was an older gentleman with a cane nearby. It was unclear which one of us would be called next. When the representative called for one of us to step up, the man with the cane motioned politely and said, “After you.”

I smiled at him and replied, “No, please, after you. I have all day.”

The man smiled back and said, “No, you go ahead. My doctor says I have at least six months.”

Tips and Techniques

At 3:00 EDT take a minute to remember someone special. Today is a day for remembering all those who have fought and died for our country. We enjoy all the freedoms we do because someone knew it was important.

Do You Know How?

Good Morning!

Marketing

Marketing managers develop pricing strategy to help their business to maximize profits and market share while ensuring that the company’s customers are satisfied.

Of all the questions on the Internet that get asked more than any other question on the internet is “how do I market on the Internet? How do I get the traffic? Same question!

The formula targeted traffic = direct response = ROI

I don’t have to be another one of those guru’s that tells you the same thing. But on the other hand I do. The methods of getting traffic are a few key factors. You know what they are as well as I do. They are

SEO Optimization
Article marketing
Social bookmarking
Mini sites using a WP platform
PPC with a workable budget
Great copy that reaches your target market
Identifying that target market in the first place
Building your own list of people you have SOLD to

You know those things, right!

You know how to use those things, right!

You use those strategies, right!

If you answered no to any one of those three questions then you need to attend as many of the conferences during the month of June that you are able to attend in the Internet Niche Lab.

F-14

At the Oceana, VA., Naval Air Station, I was training a young ground-crew member on how to direct an F-14 into the fuel pit.

I glanced over to check wing clearance and, when I looked
back, discovered that he had taxied the aircraft too far forward for the fuel hose to reach. “You’ll have to send him
around again,” I informed the trainee.

“What?” he said, surprised. “They spend millions on these
things and you can’t put them in reverse?”

A common public relations sequence includes courses in public relations principles and techniques; public relations management and administration, including organizational development; writing, emphasizing news releases, proposals, annual reports, scripts, speeches, and related items; visual communications, including desktop publishing and computer graphics; and research, emphasizing social science research and survey design and implementation.

After gaining experience, they write news releases, speeches, and articles for publication or plan and carry out public relations programs. Work in advertising and public relations is fast-paced and exciting, but it also can be stressful.

Workers, whose services are billed hourly, such as advertising consultants and public relations specialists, are often under pressure to manage their time carefully. This in itself can be a powerful niche but only for those with very high energy and the talent to take on sometimes dozens of projects at the same time.

There is nothing that is more precious than your time and exactly how you use it.

Balloons

As my brother-in-law prepared to board his plane, he noticed a little girl clutching a large bouquet of balloons. The flight attendant reluctantly told her that only one balloon per person could be taken on board. Crying, the child selected her two favorites one for her father and one
for herself and left the remaining ones behind.

Another passenger had witnessed the incident. Gathering up the balloons, he distributed them to others who were b! oarding.

Destination reached, the happy youngster left the airport, once again clutching her colorful bouquet.

Tips and Techniques

Are you DOING your top ten every day? Do you even know what I am referring to? If you don’t then I honestly know why you are not getting anywhere. Your daily top ten are the most important things for you to do each and every day of your business life.

If you are doing what you think is your daily top 10 and not getting anywhere, then it is time – no past time to take another look at them.
